Erika's Lighthouse provides children and adolescents, parents and educators  with no-cost education programming  to reduce stigma around depression, promote good mental health, and encourage help-seeking when needed. Based in Winnetka, IL, this non-profit was founded in 2004 by Virginia and Thomas Neuckranz after their daughter Erika lost her life to depression. Servicing the local New Trier Township and communities across the country, Erika’s Lighthouse seeks to bring hope to tragedy, and Get Depression Out of the Dark.
